SIGNAL IDUNA Fund Invest Zrt. (registered office: 7623 Pécs, József Attila utca 19., hereinafter: Fund Manager) considers it extremely important that our clients are satisfied with the services we provide, which is why we are committed to continuously improving the quality of our services based on client feedback, thereby increasing satisfaction.

 Our goal is to help you in every way possible to resolve any issues that may arise and to fully investigate and respond to your complaint, taking all relevant circumstances into account.

During our complaint handling process, we work with complainants to investigate each complaint thoroughly and as quickly as possible, and to provide a fair, comprehensive, and understandable response.

We welcome your comments about our services through all our communication channels, so you can share your opinion with us in the way that is most convenient for you, as easily, simply, and quickly as possible.

In this spirit, we have prepared this Complaint Handling Information, based on which you can submit your complaint to the Fund Manager in the following ways:

Verbally:

  • In person at the Fund Manager's registered office (7623 Pécs, József Attila utca 19.) on working days between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
  • By telephone: on +36 (72) 998-271 on working days, Monday to Wednesday and Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., and on Thursdays between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. We record telephone conversations and handle them in accordance with data protection regulations. The Fund Manager retains the recorded audio recordings for 5 years.

In writing:

  • In person or by document delivered by another person at the Fund Manager's registered office (7623 Pécs, József Attila utca 19.);

You may also act through an authorized representative in relation to your complaint.

The Fund Manager will immediately investigate verbal complaints and remedy them where possible, in which case the complaint will be closed. If it is not possible to investigate a verbal complaint immediately, or in the case of a written complaint, we have 30 days to respond to the complaint, during which time you may inquire about the status of the investigation.

During the investigation, the Fund Manager may contact you to obtain any necessary missing information.

The Fund Manager will send you a reasoned response to your complaint within 30 calendar days of the complaint being made.

If you believe that your complaint has not been handled properly and you are a consumer, you may contact the following forums if your complaint is rejected or if the 30-day statutory response period for investigating the complaint has expired without result:
